Q2. What is the production time? A. Since every strap is handcrafted from scratch just for you, our current lead time for production is 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the moment your design and payment are finalized.
Q3. Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed? A. Because each strap is a unique, custom piece, our crafting process begins promptly. This means that once the leather is cut, we are unable to accommodate any design changes or cancellations. Please review your details carefully before finalizing your order.

Your new strap might feel a bit stiff at first, but it will soften beautifully and mold to you with continued use, creating a comfortable fit that's uniquely yours.
